Account/Login Information
I can not login to my account:
Be sure you are using the correct login and password to access your account. Be sure you are using the full email address or username on the account. If you do not know the password you can click on Password Support on your left hand menu to request it be sent to you.

How do I change the Email/Information on my account: To change that information you will need to create HELP/Support ticket and make the request. Be sure to include all the information you want changed and you must be logged in to the account. If you are not logged in to the account the information will not be changed.

Updating Players / Coaches Information
How do I Add people to my Team:
To add new players or coaches to your team click on "Edit Players/Staff" on your left hand menu and then click on 'Add A New Individual'. Note: If you do not know the persons registration number you can click yes if you know they have been registered.

How do I remove someone from my team: To remove someone from your team click on "Edit Players/Staff" on your left hand menu and then click on 'Remove' under the action column for the person you would like removed. Note: If the person is locked you will not be able to remove them until they are unlocked.

Why are people on my account locked: People on your account can become locked for a couple of reasons.
    Player Locked with Player Registration: The most common cause is that person has been listed on an invoice with VTD (Player Locked with and they will be unlocked when the invoice is either approved by VTD and processed or deleted by the account that created the invoice.
    Locked By VTD: Another reason someone may be locked is because VTD has chosen to lock the teams roster so that changes can not be made. To fix this you will have to contact your VTD Rep to find out what needs to be done to unlock your account.

Picture Questions
How big should pictures be:
Pictures should be as close to 50K as possible. We print the cards using 300dpi printers and the image will be on the cards at about 1.25" x 1.25". Any image that is smaller than this will be stretched to fit the alotted space. This will in turn result in the image becoming distorted.

Registration Questions
How many Invoices can I create:
You can create as many invoices as needed to keep your team 100% registered with VTD. Note: If you have more than one invoice they will probably ship at separate times.

How do I Find/Delete an Invoice that I have created:To find or delete an invoice you have created, login to your account and then click on Player Registration. From there click on option A.Review,Edit, Delete Old Invoices. This will give you the option to view any invoice you have created. When viewing an invoice that has not been approved or has been declined you will have the ability to Delete the invoice and unlock the Individuals on it by click on "Click Here" at the top of the invoice.

How Do I change the information that is coming up for my players: To make changes to a person's information click on "Edit" for that person. Note: Certain information is locked once that person is registered with VTD. If you are not able to make the change you want to the player then the most likely cause is that information has been locked since that person is registered. If your players are registered for the current season then you will need to contact your VTD rep to have the change made on locked info. If your player is not currently registered then you can go to Edit Players/Staff and make the change to that individual by clicking on Edit for them.

How do I register more players since I have already created 1 invoice: To register any new players you will follow the same steps to register new people as you did to register the rest of the team. The only difference will be the number of individuals on the invoice. You can have as many invoices as needed.

How do I register: To register your team simply click on Registration on your left hand menu and select the sanctions you would like to register with..

Team Information
How Do I change my Teams Classification:
If you want to raise it you can go to Edit My Team Info and make the change. Classification is something VTD will have to change if you are wanting to lower your Teams class.  Be sure to click on 'Submit' to save the changes.

What is my Team's Classification: Classification is something your VTD rep assigns to your team which defines the level at which you play. To find out your team's classification please contact your VTD rep.

How do I change the AGE Classification on my Team account: To have the AGE changed on your team account you can click on "Edit My Team Info" on your left hand menu and update your account. If you need to lower your team AGE you will need to contact us via "HELP/Support" on your left hand menu to request the change be made.

What if I do not have a team website: That is ok, it is only there if you would like to have a link to your team website on your team page.

What does it mean "Display players on my team page": Each team account is given a team page which gives information about that team to TD's, parents and other teams who are looking on the site. When selected the team page will display the Name and position of each player listed on your roster. You do not have to display the players on your team page unless you want to.    

Tournaments
How do I sign up for tournaments:
To sign up for tournaments you will need to sign in to your team account. Once you are signed in to your team account click on "Tournament SignUp" on your left hand menu. From there you will be able to search for tournament and sign up for them.

Online Test
How do I create Coach accounts for my coaches to take the Online Test:
The testing portion is currently under contruction.

Can I use the same login for the testing account as the team account: No, the system only allows one account per email/login so each account will have to have its own login.

Can I use the same password for all my accounts: Yes, you can use the same or different passwords on each of your accounts
