Each Approved Team will play 2 Showcase Games at Cowgirls Stadium but will only play 1 date
SUNDAY OCT 12th or THURSDAY OCT 16th

This is an INVITATION ONLY Showcase Event. Any team can feel free to sign-up at anytime HOWEVER teams will be approved by the Tournament Director following 2008 ASA Nationals based on 2008 performance and competitive level. Pitching distance will be 43ft Showcase Rules No STALLING...

Tournament Rules: Tournament Rules: SHOWCASE RULES
1. Teams should report to the stadium at least 1 hr before game time.
2. Pitcher will be allowed 5 warm up pitches her first inning 3 warm up pitches thereafter. All new pitchers will be awarded the same.
3. After each strike out the catcher must throw the ball directly back to the pitcher. no around the horn.
4. After each defensive out infielders are NOT allowed to come into the circle. Get back in position and get ready for the next pitch
5. All games will be 1 hour 15 minutes finish the inning.
6. Showcase Rules Free substitutions bat the roster
7. No line up cards needed
8. Tulsa Elite will furnish game balls
9. Tulsa Elite will pay the umpires
10. Home team/visitor will be determined by a coin flip prior to the game.
11. All ASA rules apply
12. No protests or Delays
13. When the game is over teams must leave the field immediately after shaking hands. We will be on a tight schedule and you must adhere to this rule. Please be courteous and clean up after each game.
14. Remember this is an exposure event no bad behavior will be tolerated.
