League Registration

The process for registering individuals through a League Account is very similar registering individuals through a Team Account.  This document walks you through the registration process for individuals through a League User Account.

Skip number 1 if you already have your League Account setup on VTD.

1) Select "Free Login" and sign up your League. (Be sure to select League/Tournament Director as your membership type)

A password will be emailed back to you.

2) Select "Member's Login" and login with your email and password

The menu on the left will update with new options.

3) Select "Edit My Association" and update all of the information.

4) Here you have to options to update your player and coach information.  You can either choose to upload your information from a XLS spreadsheet or you can enter the individuals directly into the system.

    The enter the individuals directly into the system:

                    Select "Edit Players / My Teams "and update player information.

    To Get the correct XLS Format and Upload your individuals into the system:

                    Select "Upload Data" and follow the instructions on that screen.
