Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


How do I register my Team with IFA?
To register your team with IFA simply create an account under Free Login(Click Here), if you don't already have one. Once you have your account Login and click on "Register" to create an invoice. Mail the invoice to the address on the top left hand corner with payment.

How do I setup an account
1) Select "Free Login"
2) At the bottom of the Welcome New User page select "Sign Me Up Now"
3) Fill out the information, make sure to select the Account Type you desire to have.
4) Your password will be emailed back to you, then select "Members Login"
5) Use your full email address and password to login.

I received my password but cannot login: Make sure you are using your complete email address(i.e. joe@abc.c0m) for the member's login email and the password that was emailed back to you.

Can I add or update my league information?

Yes, All accounts on VTD are FREE! You can now add your home league or association to our site. If you want to add your association you can Click Here. To edit the League/Association information on VTD click on "Edit My Association" on your left hand menu. Please note that if you want to list tournaments they must be VTD sanctioned.

How do I sign up for a tournament?

1. First, you need to add your team (refer to: How do I setup an account) or login as your team.
2. Then click on "Tournament Signup" on your menu, find the tournament you want, check the appropriate box and then click on "Sign Me Up for All Checked Tournaments".
The TD will be emailed letting them know of your interest in the event. Note: You may not be approved for the event for reasons specified by the TD. You will need to check the event page on VTD or contact the TD to find out what will be required before you will be approved.

How do I list an IFA tournament?

To list an IFA event or to sanction your event with IFA you will need to contact IFA at IFA directly.

How do I get Photo ID Cards for my team?

When you edit your team, make sure you have selected the correct association for your team. This allows you to have the correct options on your menu. To order the ID cards then the option "Registration" will be available. Click on that menu option to create an invoice to request your cards.
